In addition, SJCLT provides local residents community leadership opportunities and supportive programs like financial literacy, emergency loans as an alternative to seeking a payday loan, a Motel-to-Home program that helps school-age families move from motels to apartments and more. Donate Real Estate or Other Appreciated Assets

Donations of real property or other appreciated assets to SJCLT may qualify for tax deductions. Contributions of real estate may, in some cases, be treated as a business expense when used to fulfill a builder's inclusionary or similar requirement.
