Sugar Pine Village
Sugar Pine Village (SPV) is envisioned to be a new residential, mixed-use affordable workforce community featuring 248 Studio 1-, 2-, & 3-bedroom apartments. SPV will also feature a Community Center with nonprofit office space and a Community Hub. SPV units will be available to full-time Tahoe residents making between 30% and 60% of El Dorado County Area Median Income. Phase 1's construction is well underway and should be welcoming tenants in October 2024.

Sierra Gardens Apartments
Sierra Garden Apartments includes 76 one and two bedroom apartments that are available to low-income households. Unfortunately, demand for these apartments exceeds supply and there is a multi-year waiting list.
