Resolution of Appreciation for Robert Heffernan
St. Joseph CLT
board member Robert Heffernan resigned in January to become the
Project Manager for construction of our demonstration home in
South Lake Tahoe. The Board of Directors passed a resolution
thanking Mr. Heffernan for his years of support to the Land Trust.

Land Trust Receives Lot from the City of South Lake Tahoe |

St. Joseph Community Land Trust is developing plans for a new
three-bedroom, two-bath, two-car garage moderate-income home at the
corner of Tallac and Riverside avenues in South Lake Tahoe. |
Research for the City’s recently updated housing element of the general
plan shows a large number of moderate-income residents in need of
moderate-income housing.

(RCAC) give the Saint Joseph Community Land Trust countless hours

RCAC offers her expertise and vast wealth of knowledge in guiding

grow. Our recent acceptance as a Community Housing Development
Organization (CHDO) with the Western Nevada Home Consortium came
with the help of Mrs. Piekarz. We are thankful for all the
